Bid Monitoring privacy

DeepVelocity, Inc. operates VelocityBids. This policy covers the customer bid monitoring account and portal.

Information we use

We store your email, company details, website URL, targeting preferences, selected keywords, email settings, subscription status and the opportunities published to your account. When you request website suggestions, we read a limited number of public pages from the website you provide.

Supabase manages account authentication and passwords. Stripe processes card payments and billing; our application stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not your full card number. Authentication uses necessary session cookies.

How it is used and shared

We use this information to provide company-specific monitoring, maintain your account, process subscriptions, answer support requests and send account messages or optional bid alerts. Authorized staff may review your preferences and bid matches to deliver the service.

Our service providers include Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for website hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email and AWS for operational infrastructure and secure configuration. They receive information needed for their respective services. We do not sell customer account information. Marketing analytics are excluded from the customer portal and monitoring signup pages.

Your choices and requests

Update preferences and turn optional alerts on or off in Settings & billing. Each bid alert includes an unsubscribe option. Required account and billing messages may still be sent. You can export your account information from settings.

Contact hello@velocitybids.ai to request access, correction or account deletion. We may need to verify your identity. We keep information while needed to provide the service and handle support, security and required financial records; deletion requests are reviewed against those needs.
