Bid Monitoring terms

VelocityBids is a service of DeepVelocity, Inc. These terms describe the customized bid monitoring subscription.

Your free trial

New monitoring customers receive one 7-day free trial. A card and billing address are required. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged $499 USD per month plus applicable tax, beginning on the date shown in Stripe Checkout and your portal. Cancel in Settings & billing to avoid the first charge. Returning customers are not eligible for another trial.

Your subscription

The price is $499 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm payment.

Cancel in Settings & billing before your next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the remaining trial or paid period. There is no minimum term beyond the current monthly period. Contact hello@velocitybids.ai for billing problems, cancellation help or a refund request; we review requests individually. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

What monitoring includes

We review public opportunities using your company website, capabilities, geography and stated preferences. Suitable reviewed opportunities appear in your private portal with source links and an explanation of fit. Reviews run weekly; a suitable match may not appear every week. Optional email alerts cover newly published matches.

Monitoring does not guarantee complete coverage, a minimum number of bids, eligibility, an award or revenue. Check the official solicitation for current requirements, deadlines and amendments before acting. Proposal preparation and other white glove services require a separate agreed scope.

Your account and preferences

Use accurate company information and keep your password private. You may update targeting and email preferences in the portal. Email alerts are optional and can be stopped in settings or from an alert’s unsubscribe link.

Help and changes

For service issues or account deletion requests, contact hello@velocitybids.ai. We will notify subscribers before changing their subscription price or material service terms.
