BidSparq pricing, limits and alternatives
BidSparq is, in our view, the tool closest to us in price and kind: AI matching on a monthly plan. Its $249 price is marked 50% off $499 for a limited time. Here is what the plan lists, what is unclear, and where it beats us.
BidSparq is a service that scans government sources and sends AI-scored matches. In our view it is the closest like-for-like to Bid Monitoring: AI matching across state, local and federal bids, on a monthly plan with a price near ours. This page covers what its plan lists, what is unclear and what to compare it with.
We sell a competing tool, so weigh that. Every fact about BidSparq comes from its own pages on November 1, 2026. Its claims of 30,000+ sources and 60,000+ live solicitations are its own and we have not tested them.
What BidSparq lists
| Item | What the pages say |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 14 days, no credit card. Unlimited matched RFPs, AI scoring, five seats, and AI chat limited to 25 messages a day. Alerts pause at the end if you do not upgrade |
| Pro Max price | $249 a month, shown as 50% off $499, "Limited spots, limited time." Or $199 a month billed annually, which is $2,388 a year. At the monthly price it is $2,988 a year |
| Pro Max includes | Unlimited matched RFPs across all sources, AI scoring and a compliance matrix, unlimited AI chat and per-RFP deep dives on fair use, an AI proposal writer, full-text search across RFP files, market data on purchase lines and federal awards, a pipeline, speed alerts, priority support, and an MCP connection |
| Seats | Ten, with a shared pipeline, roles and mentions |
| Coverage claim | All 50 states, 30,000+ sources across federal, state, local, education and healthcare |
| Refunds and cancellation | A 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Its terms say you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period, and ask for a full refund within 30 days of the first payment. Annual plans can be invoiced net 30 by ACH |
What is unclear
- The promotion. The page says limited spots and limited time and gives no end date. If $249 ends, the price may return to the $499 list price shown beside it. Ask what a renewal costs and whether the annual $199 rate is locked.
- A Pro plan that is not priced. One section of the page offers a free Pro trial, while the price table shows only Pro Max and says Pro Max includes that feature. We cannot tell from the page whether a cheaper Pro exists.
- Who runs it. The terms refer only to "BidSparq" and name no legal entity. Before you sign an annual invoice, ask who the contracting company is.
- What "unlimited" means. AI chat is unlimited on fair use. The page does not define fair use.
- Document access. It lists full-text search across RFP files. It does not say whether a match gives you the buyer's documents or a link to the portal.
Where BidSparq is better than us
On what the pages list, BidSparq gives you more for less. The price is $249 a month, half ours, or $199 billed annually. It lists ten seats, unlimited AI chat, a proposal writer, document search and an MCP connection. Our $499 Bid Monitoring plan lists none of those, and it does not write or submit responses. Full Service, custom priced and outside the table, adds a go or no-go call on every bid, competitor bids, prices and scores through public records requests, and response drafts your team reviews. Its trial is 14 days with no card, where ours is 7 days with a card. If you want AI tools around the bid, and the promotional price holds, BidSparq is the stronger offer on paper.
Where we differ
Bid Monitoring sends live, daily alerts matched to your services and area, with the reason each bid fits and the official link. We set the matching up around your exact work, which is what the price pays for. We check 20,000+ public sources and estimate we hold 45% to 70% of state and local bids, with medium-low confidence as of October 29, 2026. As of October 29 to November 1, 2026 (how we count), we hold documents for 51% to 58% of state and local bids and 29% of federal bids on SAM.gov. A bid has to reach us first, and we do not collect every source every day. We have not tested our matching against BidSparq's, and we have no measure of its coverage, so we do not claim to be better. The only way to know is to run both on your buyers.

How to test it
Use BidSparq's free trial, which needs no card. Give it five buyers you sell to and check whether it shows their open bids, then log two weeks of its matches next to any other tool and mark the bids you would bid. Download the five-buyer worksheet to record it.
